Every piece is printed once you order it. We don't hold warehouses of stock, so we produce less waste and you get a fresh print. It also means your order needs a short production window before it ships — usually 2–5 business days.

We produce in small batches, never mass-produce, and only print what people actually want. That means less waste, fewer leftover clothes, and a wardrobe that feels like you.

We work with a global print-on-demand network, so your order is routed to the production partner closest to your shipping address. It reduces shipping distances and speeds up delivery.

Our classic tees run true to a modern unisex fit. Check the size chart on each product page — chest and length measurements are listed in both centimeters and inches. When in doubt, measure a tee you already love and compare it.

Not exactly. Hoodies are roomier and heavier, accessories like mugs are one-size, and stickers are... well, sticker-sized. Each product page has its own measurements and notes.

Our cotton tees are pre-shrunk, so shrinkage is minimal. To keep them soft and the print happy, wash inside-out on cold and hang dry or tumble on low.

After the 2–5 day production window, delivery is usually 3–4 days to the USA, 4–8 days to Europe, and 5–20 days to the rest of the world. Check Shipping & delivery times for estimated rates by region.

Yes. We ship almost everywhere. Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves the facility.

International shipping can be unpredictable. If it's been longer than the estimates above, email us with your order number and we'll check what's happening.

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please double-check the size guide before ordering.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email contact@pensoshop.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or a refund.

Orders returned as "unclaimed" or due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense. Make sure your address is complete before checkout.
