Every Penso order is made-to-order by our production partner. Once you place an order, it enters a short fulfillment window before it ships.

• Fulfillment: 2–5 business days for apparel, 2–5 for mugs and accessories.
• USA delivery: typically 3–4 business days after fulfillment.
• Europe delivery: typically 4–8 business days after fulfillment.
• Rest of the world: typically 5–20 business days after fulfillment.
• Tracking is emailed as soon as your package leaves the facility.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and carrier. Customs, duties and import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every Penso order is printed to order, just for you. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report the issue. After that window, we may not be able to process a replacement.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size guide and product details before ordering. Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

How to start a claim

Email us at contact@pensoshop.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)
• A brief description of what happened

We'll review it within 2–3 business days and get back to you with next steps. No need to return the damaged item unless we ask for it.

Replacements are produced and shipped using the same fulfillment timeline as new orders — typically 2–5 business days, plus delivery time. Packages returned as "unclaimed" or due to an incorrect shipping address will be reshipped at the customer's expense. Customs, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Our tees run true to a modern unisex fit. Measurements are in inches, taken flat.

Mugs are standard 11oz ceramic. Accessories vary — check the product page for exact dimensions.

By using pensoshop.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Penso reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues.

All designs, artwork, brand marks, characters and copy on this site are © Penso and may not be reproduced, resold, or used in derivative works without written permission.

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Promotional codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Orders are confirmed once payment is captured. You'll receive an order confirmation by email — if you don't, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, production has usually begun and changes are no longer possible.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

We only collect the information needed to process your order and improve your experience: name, shipping address, email, and order details. We never sell your data.
